Bonnie is a senior workplace investigator and organizational advisor with over two decades of public service leadership. Since 2010, she has conducted hundreds of workplace investigations, producing objective, detailed reports that withstand legal scrutiny and drive actionable outcomes.
Her executive experience includes serving as a Deputy Minister in provincial departments responsible for social services, learning and advanced education, employment, and immigration. Bonnie brings deep insight into workplace culture and conflict as she guides clients on compliance with provincial and federal harassment and workplace violence legislation. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan and is a non-practicing member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan.
