Tammy brings over 35 years of public sector leadership to DCSM clients. An experienced manager with a proven record in policy, program design, and governance, Tammy founded Prairie Nordic Consulting in 2020 after a lengthy career with the Government of Saskatchewan, where she led major initiatives in post-secondary education, student financial assistance, graduate retention, and international education. Tammy also co-led national transformation projects on student loans and international education policy.

Her work focuses on governance solutions, project and program design, policy development, implementation planning, and executive advisory support. Tammy is also a trained workplace harassment investigator. She holds a Master of Business Administration (International Designation) from the University of Regina and is a Professional Director (Pro.Dir).
