Susan is an experienced mediator and conflict resolution specialist with more than 30 years of experience supporting clients. Following an extensive career in the Saskatchewan public service as a mediator and dispute resolution consultant—including work with the Court of King’s Bench Civil Mediation Program—Susan co-founded Do Process Facilitation Services in 2005. Through this work, she has delivered customized engagement and dispute resolution solutions for employers including health authorities, post-secondary institutions, and government organizations.

Susan specializes in mediation, coaching, team development, and respectful workplace training. She holds a Master of Arts from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Regina, and is a trained mediator and coach.
