Shawn is a versatile strategic consultant known for analytical problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and implementation leadership. As Principal of CLCG Enterprises and a long-standing consultant to DCSM, he supports clients across Canada on strategy execution, change management, portfolio oversight, communications, and stakeholder facilitation.

Shawn spent 25+ years in senior leadership positions across the public and non-profit sectors in Saskatchewan prior to establishing his consulting practice. He holds a Bachelor of Journalism from Carleton University and is a trained workplace harassment investigator.
