Ronni is a practicing lawyer specializing in labour, employment, and administrative law, now focused on professional discipline, arbitration, mediation, and workplace investigations. She has represented federally and provincially regulated unions and has comprehensive expertise in The Saskatchewan Employment Act, The Canada Labour Code and Regulations, The Saskatchewan Human Rights Code, and The Canadian Human Rights Act. Ronni integrates trauma-informed practice into her investigative and resolution work.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan and a Master of Laws (Labour and Employment) from Osgoode Hall Law School. Ronni provides non-legal services to clients through DCSM as a trained workplace harassment investigator.
