Kayla is a human resources professional with deep expertise in organizational conflict resolution, workplace investigations, and respectful workplace practices. She has led numerous trauma-informed investigations and workplace assessments while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and impartiality.

Kayla holds a Master of Social Work, a Bachelor of Social Work, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Regina. A trained workplace harassment investigator, she has completed advanced training in trauma-informed interviewing, conflict resolution, mediation, workplace restoration, and respectful workplace practices.
