Rob leads all DCSM workplace restoration and advisory services with deep cross-sector expertise. Since 2010, he has conducted hundreds of workplace investigations for public and private sector employers.

Before founding DCSM, Rob held senior leadership roles in the Saskatchewan public service, including Assistant Deputy Minister and Head of Government Communications. He has led work in strategic policy development, organizational management, negotiation, issue and change management, and intergovernmental relations. Rob is also a seasoned strategic communicator with expertise in executive stakeholder engagement and media relations.

Rob’s work is rooted in a pragmatic understanding of decision-making and organizational dynamics. His policy expertise includes labour market strategy, post-secondary education, and Indigenous affairs. He holds a Master of Sociology (Indigenous Policy) from the University of Saskatchewan.
